Every year millions of people embark upon a new wellness regimen. Quite often, they're not successful. In order to succeed at your wellness goals,you must first make up in your mind that you're ready to acomplish your goals. It is for sure "mind over matter". Nothing will come through for you until your mind is made up to do it. First,write the list of what your goals actually are, secondly, pick the time frame that you wish to fulfill it in, and you must be realistic about that time lime. Nothing is going to happen overnight, you have to give yourself time, your regimen must be carefully thought out and planned. Most important is staying consistent with your program. Give yourself about 6 weeks to start to feel and see the difference in your physical and mental state. The endorphins that you release while working out will bring happiness to you. It will acutally make you determined to execise on a regular basis, so that you can continue to feel that natural exercise high. While there are plenty of apps and self do it programs you can follow, sometimes you may need to solicit the help of a Health Coach to get you on track and moving. The formula for good health is,
