Join OWC every Saturday Morning for Walk Aerobics Camp
Weight and blood pressure checks are available for those who want it. This is a 6 month program. This gives you plenty of time to spring back into shape. This class is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Although it is low-impact, you have the option to take it up to a higher level if you want to. It is so much fun exercising outdoors, and making new friends. This class is for men, women, and children.

we learned how to make wholesome food choices, and cook them in a delicious and healthy manner. Start Sunday 6/23,
