Weight and blood pressure checks are available for those who want it. This is a 6 month program. This gives you plenty of time to spring back into shape. This class is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Although it is low-impact, you have the option to take it up to a higher level if you want to. It is so much fun exercising outdoors, and making new friends. This class is for men, women, and children.
