Join OWC for some really fun classes. Together we stay motivated and consistant with taking action to stay healthy. Fitness, nutrtion, fun, willpower, determination, committment and consistency. That is what OWC programs teaches.

WALK AEROBICS CAMP :
This fun class is held at Community Park Track. Soak up some sunshine, fresh air, and enjoy the freedom of being outside. We workout to some jamming fitness music.Walking combined with different types of aerobic movement. Cardio for the heart, strength training to condition & tone the body. We end with some meditation, and an awesome mind & body relaxing cool down. Bring water and a mat. Also some light hand weights if you like.
Saturdays 8:30 am - 9:30 am

This is a low impact class.
B.I.P. - Biking In Pleasure
This class is held at Community Park Track. We start with a nice warmup of the body. Bring your music to enjoy while we ride. You do not have to worry about any traffic . Get used to being on a bike again. It is a low-impact, cardivascular conditioning, strenth building workout. You feel so good afterwards. You need to bring your own bike and helmet. I have one extra bike to share.

"Just Walk"
This class is an evening walk. We meet in front of the Princeton Arts Council. It is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. We walk a 2 mile safe route in the beautiful Princeton community. You walk at the pace that works for you.Great way to fellowship and it will relax and prepare you for a good nights sleep. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes.
Mon. & Wed. Evenings - 5:30 - 6:30 pm
"Whats on your plate"
As a certified Intergrative Nutrition Health Coach, Gail will guide you in making healthier meal choices, learn to flavor your food in a delcious natural way. Food journaling is part of the plan.

OWC Health Is Wealth - This wellness workshop provides
weekly weight & BP check and valuable information on nutrition.Healthy cooking and nutritious meal plans are all part of the agenda. A healthy snack is provided at the meeting. All members are motivated & educated to make their health a priority.
S.A.P. - This Senior's Activities Plus focuses on exercise for
seniors only, group or individual.
