Spring has sprung and it is time for some outdoors fun! Enjoy the fresh air,good music, soak up some vitamin D, and the freedom of being outside.
WDCC is the name of the game. We practice willpower, determination,
committment, and consistency.
PROGRAMS LISTED BELOW:

WalkDance Workout - Sat. 9:00-10:15
We meet at Community Park Track
A fun full body workout, cardio, strength training, and mindfulness. (low impact)
Bring your light hand weights

Walkfit-4-Life Evening Walks
Mon. & Wed. 5:00 - 6:00PM
We meet in front of the Princeton Arts Council
Evening Walks are a great way to wind down after a long day. It will relax and prepare you for a good nights sleep.

B.I.P. - Biking In Pleasure
Sundays - 8:30 - 9:00AM
This class takes place at Community Park Track. Bring your bike and your Ipod. 30 minutes of worry free riding. No traffic, just you and I.

Nutrition Talk - Valuable Information on Nutrition, cooking tips, we will track meals and workouts on the freeloseitapp.com app.This class will be held on zoom once per week for 30 minutes. Date & time will be announced.

Wellness On Line provides a way to keep in touch for your wellness tips and much needed communication during your busy lifestyle. Together we will map out your daily plan.

OWC Health Is Wealth - This wellness workshop provides
weekly weight & BP check and valuable information on nutrition.Healthy cooking and nutritious meal plans are all part of the agenda. A healthy snack is provided at the meeting. All members are motivated & educated to make their health a priority.
S.A.P. - This Senior's Activities Plus focuses on exercise for
seniors only, group or individual.
